Your account

You need an account to save and synchronize Lawny data. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your Apple, Google, or email account, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not transfer or sell your Lawny account.

The service

Free features include lawn records, notes, weather, reminders, calculators, widgets, seasonal scores, and badges. Lawny Premium unlocks Diagnose, Quick Scan, Weed Identifier, and Ask Lawny. Features may depend on device permissions, location, provider availability, territory, and compatible iOS versions.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Lawny Premium is offered through Apple as auto-renewing subscriptions with monthly and annual options. The current localized price, billing period, and eligibility are shown by the App Store before purchase.
• The annual plan may include a seven-day introductory free trial for eligible customers. Apple determines eligibility within the subscription group.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, Apple may renew and charge the subscription according to its displayed terms.
• You can manage or cancel in Apple's subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in Lawny. Apple handles eligible refund requests and payment disputes.
• Deleting Lawny or your Lawny account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel through Apple separately.

Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund available under applicable consumer law.

Lawn, weather, and AI information

Lawny is an informational tool, not a substitute for a qualified local professional, an official pesticide label, or applicable law.

Weather datasets can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. AI results are probabilistic and may be incomplete or wrong. Confidence labels describe model evidence, not a guarantee.

Never apply a pesticide or treatment contrary to its current official label or local law. Confirm identity, suitability, protective equipment, dosage, timing, environmental restrictions, and pet or child precautions yourself. Seek qualified advice where plant health, safety, property damage, or legal compliance is important.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, notes, questions, and other content you submit. You give Lawny a limited licence to host, process, resize, transmit to disclosed providers, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the requested service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not unlawfully expose another person.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass authorization, access another user's data, automate abusive requests, evade subscription or rate controls, upload malicious or unlawful material, interfere with providers, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use results to violate product labels or law. We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, cost controls, or legal compliance.

Service changes and availability

We aim to operate Lawny reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Authentication, weather, cloud hosting, AI processing, subscription-management, transactional email, country lookup, network, and device services can fail outside our control. We may change features for security, legal, provider, or product reasons. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawny is supplied "as is" and without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lawn damage, or decisions made without checking an official source. Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Lawny and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated misuse, legal requirements, or a security emergency, using proportionate measures where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits—continue after termination.

Apple's role

Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting Lawny. Your use of the downloaded app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement rather than replace that standard licence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. Consumers may bring a dispute in the courts available under applicable consumer law. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue.

General legal terms

If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and presented for consent when the law requires it.
