What to include

• Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
• Include the email used for Lawny when account help is needed.
• Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and Lawny version when relevant.
• Attach a screenshot only if it does not reveal sensitive information.
• Never email passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Apple manages Lawny purchases and subscription billing. To view or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, select your Apple Account, then select Subscriptions. Deleting Lawny or deleting your Lawny account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Use Restore Purchases in Lawny when an eligible purchase is missing. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable rules. If Premium remains unavailable after restoration, email support with the Lawny account email and the approximate purchase date—never send full payment details.

Delete your account

You can initiate permanent account deletion from inside Lawny under Settings → Account by choosing Delete Account and confirming the verification step. This removes the Lawny account and associated active data, subject to limited legal, security, transaction, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access the app, email support@lawny.app from the address connected to the account. Lawny may request reasonable verification before acting on the request.

Privacy requests

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal data, email support@lawny.app. Please state the request clearly and use the email connected to your Lawny account when possible. European data-rights requests are generally answered within one month after identity verification.

Diagnosis and lawn-care concerns

Lawny provides informational guidance and may be wrong or incomplete. For urgent hazards, poisoning, serious property damage, or risks to people or animals, contact the appropriate emergency service, poison-information service, product manufacturer, local authority, or qualified professional. Always follow the current product label and applicable law.
